THE EXPERIENCE

I have been working with LaVon Rushing since I moved to Orlando, FL in 2014. We worked on many gigs together and recorded in many studios in the central Florida area. This was the second remote session I did for him and various middle eastern artists. Live drums were recorded at The Spot in Orlando, FL.

The approach for this tune was big-band like with the singer-songwriter structure in mind. LaVon arranged the tune with thoughtful hits and textural variety to support the dynamic vocal performance of Fouad. You can listen to this song and all the records I’ve been a part of on the playlist below!
